Eligibility

To attain Graduate grade, applicants must have completed a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (AQS Level 7) in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related discipline, within 24 months prior to applying.

This is an interim membership grade that can be held for a maximum of four consecutive years.

Applicants currently enrolled in a postgraduate course in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related discipline may also be eligible for Graduate membership.

How to Apply

Submit an Expression of Interest form.

Our Membership Team will assess your eligibility and provide the appropriate application form.

Complete and submit your application form along with any requested documentation.

Complete and pass the AIQS Code of Conduct Quiz.

If successful, you will become a Graduate member of AIQS.

Membership Fees 2025/26

All membership fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD or $). Application fees apply.
