- Biography
Peter is the Chairman and Founder of Beria Consultants Limited which is an independent quantity surveying firm employing over 200 people with offices in Hong Kong, Chengdu and Shenzhen.
Peter has over 45 years of experience in the construction industry and is particularly proficient at handling costing, quantity surveying, project management and assessment of claims. He has extensive experience working with Contractors, Consultants and Public Transport Corporation.
Peter is a CIC-Certified BIM Manager and has obtained the HKIS QS Award of Excellence in 2022. He has recently been awarded Life Fellow Membership of AIQS.

- Biography
Stanley has over 20 years of experience across Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China and other parts of Southeast Asia. He specialises in cost management, procurement strategy, and contract advisory for complex building and infrastructure projects.
Stanley is actively involved in shaping the profession through leadership roles, including Board Member of AIQS (International Chapter – Region 1, Asia) and Honorary Secretary of the Quantity Surveying Division at the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers. He regularly contributes to accreditation panels and industry–academia engagement initiatives.
He is passionate about advancing professional standards and positioning quantity surveying as a future-ready profession, particularly in the areas of procurement innovation and the integration of AI in construction cost management.
